Description
The component provides the following 3 main function groups- Searching: You can search for strings (ascii or binary) in any kind of file or stream.
- Version Information: You can extract version information (like Company Name, File Version) for Windows PE Exe / DLL files.
- Entropy: You can calculate the file entropy of a given file and find out (for Win32 PE files) if the file is most likely compressed.
