Description

Updated version of PHP4Delphi:

• Added full support for php 5.4
• Added full support for php 5.5
• Added full support for php 5.6
• Added partial UTF-8 support (package doesn't work with non-english path-names)
• Fixed few minor bugs, removed memory unsafe operations

To activate different features, see Source/PHP.inc P.s package not tested with D7 - D 2009, DX.3, any test results are welcomed
